HR Assistant Internship
Based in London Bridge, London
Minimum commitment of: 2-3 days per week
4 months with possible two months extension (starting February 2017)
An ideal opportunity has arisen at YoungMinds for anyone interested in working within the charity sector and who is looking to gain valuable administrative experience.
You will assist and support the HR and Administration Officer with organisational administration, and supporting the provision of an efficient Human Resources and Administration service within YoungMinds.
Ideally YoungMinds Interns will have good skills in the following areas: communication, customer service, planning and organising and excellent IT skills.
In return for your time and commitment you will have the opportunity to experience and develop an understanding of working in an HR and administration role, and understand how these function within a leading UK charity organisation such as YoungMinds. In addition you will gain an understanding of the field of children’s and young peoples’ mental health and their wellbeing across the UK.
A good standard of education is required but an induction, on the job training and support will be provided.
A travel and subsistence allowance will also be provided.
