How are you planning to celebrate World Mental Health Day this year? Have you thought about fundraising for YoungMinds?

It is the 20th anniversary of World Mental Health Day on 10 October and YoungMinds wants to know what you are doing in your different areas to celebrate.

World Mental Health Day raises public awareness about mental health issues and aims to promote a discussion around the issues including investment in prevention, promotion and treatment services. This year the theme for the day is “Depression: A Global Crisis”.

If you haven’t made plans already, here is an A-Z guide of ideas for fundraising. You could hold your own event and raise money for YoungMinds, the only national charity dedicated to children and young people’s mental health.
