marathonDo you fancy a challenge for next year? Why not run the London Marathon for YoungMinds?

If you have been unsuccessful in the ballot, fear not, we have five charity places running for YoungMinds and you could take part.

YoungMinds is the only national charity which is the voice of children and young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The Virgin London Marathon is on 21 April 2013 and taking part on behalf of YoungMinds couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is download the London Marathon Place Application Form, fill it in and email it back to melea.mapes@youngminds.org.uk to apply.

There is a £25 registration fee which is refundable once the target sponsorship goal has been met and we ask runners to pledge to raise at least  £1500 in sponsorship to gain a place.

If you fancy taking this challenge and raising money for YoungMinds, just send us the form – and dust those trainers off.

Good luck.

    Hi there,

Do you still have places available? I am looking for a mental health charity to run for in support of my brother who suffers from BDD.

    Bests,
    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for getting in touch. If you drop fundraising@youngminds.org.uk an email they should be able to let you know.

    Best
