£184m of new money plus £495m of continuing funding and reinvestment from

Criminal Justice and immigration Bill (England and Wales – some provisions extend to Northern Ireland and Scotland)
Youth justice system amendments include: rehabilitation orders; default
orders; extension of the adult conditional caution scheme; and provisions for the
annual review of ASBOs. Also establishes a commissioner for offender management and prisons to provide independent adjudication of complaints and investigate deaths in secure training centres. www.publications.parliament.uk
