Fundraise for YoungMinds
Taking part in fundraising on behalf of YoungMinds is a great way to have fun, raise vital funds and improve awareness of the importance of young people's mental health.
Each year, our supporters get up to all sorts of amazing things to raise awareness and vital funds for YoungMinds.
There are hundreds of running and sporting events taking place across the UK this year, so why not pick up your trainers, find an event near you, and raise funds for YoungMinds?
Or if running isn’t for you, there are plenty of other ways to raise funds for YoungMinds. Get inspiration and loads of helpful tips by downloading our Fundraising pack and get in touch at fundraising@youngminds.org.uk.
I suffer with general anxiety disorder (GAD) which means I can feel an excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry about everyday things. This can make me act inappropriately, get angry, feel scared and worried a great deal of the time. I know what it is like to feel upset, trapped and alone with scary feelings. I want to help other people and their families who don't have help and understanding like me."
