One-off donations
A donation to YoungMinds can change the lives of children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
How you can help
£10 could give a lifeline to a young person so that they know they’re not alone and can get the help and information they need about issues like depression, self-harm and eating disorders.
£20 can enable one young person to attend a ‘Very Important Kids’ panel meeting. Here, young people who have experienced mental health difficulties contribute and inform the development of YoungMinds’ work.
£55 will support a family in distress by enabling our Parent’s Information Service to continue. We answer calls and provide support for parents concerned about the mental health of their child. We give them a way forward for the future.
£200 can enable an Outreach Worker to run a session for fathers, giving them the skills to better support the emotional health of their children.
£500 allows us to provide mental health training for up to 10 people who cannot afford it. All youth workers need to understand the importance of emotional and mental health needs of children and young people.
