YoungMinds has been awarded £148,000 over three years by Comic Relief to fun our 'Give it to me straight' project.
YoungMinds senior fundraiser Helen Beckerson says 'This is a huge success as there is strong competition for grants. Give it to me straight will be an online resource for young people and their families, providing the information needed to participate in their treatment on a more equal footing - what type of support is available, what evidence is available and how to campaign for change if they are not getting the service they need.'
