Mental health difficulties

Having a condition like ADHD, Bi-Polar, Depression or Schizophrenia can be particularly tough. Because all these can mean you behave in an erratic, sometimes uncontrolled and risky way which may lead to you harming yourself, they have to be taken seriously.

Perhaps you find school or college difficult because you cannot concentrate; your emotions are all over the place with your moods soaring up and dipping down erratically.

Maybe a normally cheerful life becomes difficult and sad and you cannot find your way back to feeling happy. Or do you feel some other force is taking over your life and perhaps telling you how to behave? Any of these may mean you have a problem affecting your behaviour and you should should certainly consider asking for help.
