We want to say thank you for being there for young people.
Whether it’s donating, fundraising, signing petitions, or sharing our resources, your support shows hundreds of thousands of young people who are struggling with their mental health that things can get better.
Thank you for being part of our movement for change.
Here's how you've shaped our work

Crushed by a million pressures
Co-designed with over 1,000 young people, our Crushed by a million pressures campaign features artworks designed by young people highlighting what it feels like to be a young person today. This campaign calls on the Government to tackle the systemic issues contributing to the mental health emergency, and to stop blaming young people for the challenges they face.
Exhausting and enraging, but hopeful, that’s what’s it’s like being a young person. I feel like there is a lack of empathy across the board for young people, but I feel there’s a lot of hope and a lot of potential though.

Real stories from young people
Last year, 3,185,651 people visited the YoungMinds website, where they could read stories like Hassnat’s, who shares how his journey with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy helped change his relationship with anxiety.
It was hard to confront a thought that had felt so true for so long, but it was an eye-opening moment. I felt a shift, a glimmer of hope.

Parents Helpline
Our Parents Helpline helps parents and guardians know how to support a young person who is struggling. 85% of our helpline users feel more confident supporting their child’s mental health after contacting us, and last year1, our team helped 12,928 families.

It's not just a helpline, it's a lifeline. When my son's mental health deteriorated, every service I turned to for support involved lengthy waiting times, closed doors or referrals round and round in circles... to have someone to speak to when I was no longer feeling able to cope, was invaluable.
Thank you
Together, we’re creating a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health.
