  • collaborate with young people, partners, and creators to co-produce authentic stories, campaigns, and fundraising content that truly reflects the voices of young people.
  • oversee proactive community management of our social media platforms (an audience of 200k on Instagram alone) and leading the team to respond and engage responsibly with our audience, including responding safely to disclosures and other safeguarding concerns.
  • empower young people to share their stories safely and confidently, making sure their voices are heard in ways that are engaging and accessible.
  • work across teams to deliver high-impact content for fundraising, services, marketing, and awareness campaigns, amplifying YoungMinds’ mission at every turn.
  • capture the impact of events, from youth events, fundraising challenges to special campaigns, turning real-life stories into content that inspires action.
  • lead projects with agencies and internal teams, ensuring ideas come to life safely and effectively.
  • track, evaluate, and amplify success, using insights to inform strategy, share learnings, and keep content fresh and impactful.
  • oversee day-to-day social media operations, from monitoring and content scheduling to quality control, keeping the team organised and focused.
  • innovate and experiment, always looking for new ways to reach, support, and inspire young people with the wealth of information we provide via the YoungMinds website and Parents services.
