As all of our sessions are personalised, we will discuss with you and agree to plan a training session that meets your needs.

Please ensure that you provide us with as much detail as you can about the training session e.g. type of audience, knowledge level, training objectives etc. Please note that the maximum number of participants for any training session is 20. If the client wishes to film an event with YoungMinds speakers and/or Young Activists, this must be arranged and authorised by YoungMinds at least 14 days prior to the event, due to safeguarding responsibilities. Please contact [email protected]¬†to ask for authorisation.

Following the event, delegates should expect to complete a feedback form either online or paper form. We would ask this is completed and returned to the Trainer after the event or, if not possible, within seven days of receipt, to enable YoungMinds to collect evidence around the impact of our training.

Unless otherwise agreed, YoungMinds will design, distribute and collect participant evaluation forms. They will be analysed and a summary report will be sent onto the client on request.

In the event of any concerns or complaints arising in relation to the delivery of a training event or project, the client should notify YoungMinds in writing at the earliest opportunity at [email protected]¬†with COMPLAINT in the subject field.
