Youth Panellist She/Her Noelle Noh-wel
Noelle is part of our Youth Panel and is passionate about empowering young people to use their voice. Find out more about Noelle.
The young people's mental health crisis is more important and relevant than ever and it is a pressing matter that needs to be tackled with as much united strength as possible. Especially after the pandemic, millions and millions of young people around the world are trapped in dire situations where their voices are suppressed by lack of knowledge, culture and race. Young people are the future hope of our society and I wish to help them by representing their voices on the Youth Panel and to empower fellow young people with strength to tackle this issue by raising awareness and breaking taboos or stereotypes through this opportunity as a Youth Panellist.
The value I relate the most to is: 'kindness is our strength'.
Kindness is something that I believe is desperately needed, especially in these trying and ever-changing times. It has the power to change things on a personal and global level and it’s vital at YoungMinds that our actions stem from kindness. To connect through understanding and compassion with our audience is essential.
